The distinctiveness of a car dealer goes beyong the sale of a car, it’s in the way the client is serviced. This begins with our employees, even the ones that aren’t in direct contact with clients. Van Tilburg-Bastianen chose for an internal branding campaign to raise awareness and improve service levels.
Idea
Following an intensive program all employees , from mechanics to secretaries and from sales people to administrative personnel, come together in a united goal: Passion for the client.
